An Open Letter to Future Delegates

Posted on May 7, 2012

Hey Everyone!

If you have been keeping up on PISK news and blog updates, you may have noticed that the Quo Vadis 2012 Calgary organizing members have been advancing in progress to make this the best year of the conference yet. Each of us has been working hard each day, and we have finally reached the point where we are welcoming YOU to join us in this event.  On behalf of the entire committee, I encourage prospective delegates to now register at our official website, All you need to do is click Registration and fill out the application form, followed by completing the event payment at . We look forward to having you be a part of the premiere Western-Canadian Quo Vadis!

Along with this, we are still in search of and recruiting students and young professionals who are willing to take on the role of Regional Coordinator. The role of the Regional Coordinator is to promote the Quo Vadis conference in their area. We will send our Regional Coordinators information and brochures that can be distributed within institutions and places where ambitious students and driven young professionals will see it. Along with this, their job will entail fundraising initiatives to help delegates in the area attend the conference. Regional Coordinators will work with like-minded individuals to accomplish this. Not only is this an incredibly rewarding challenge, it is the first step in preparation for what you will learn at Quo Vadis Calgary 2012, and it doesn’t look too bad on your resume either! If you feel that you are qualified and are willing to dedicate some time for this endeavour please get in contact with me, Maya Modzynski at I look forward to hearing from you, see you in Alberta!

All the best,

Maya (Registration and Volunteer Liaison) and the Quo Vadis Calgary 2012 Team!
